Sure - you are one of the lucky ones - I never used to get them and once I got into my 20s I did. Also if you are ever on any birth control - which you are probably not on yet but could be - I don't know - that can stop any cramping and PMS symptoms as well.
You are still young so as you get older you may see that you get more PMS symptoms cause your hormones change with age -
Boys your age are immature - their teasing you is their way of flirting with you believe it or not - they like what they see and don't know how else to express themselves yet. I know it must be hard and feel embarrassing but soon you will be so happy that you have them and guys will learn more respect. If your mom is around or an older sister, ask them to help you with some clothing tips that may minimize your chest right now - if you are uncomfortable with it - a sports bra for example will squish them in a bit so they won't look so big - also try not to wear shirts that show any cleavage, etc.
Also - people keep teasing people when they see that they get a reaction from them. The best thing to do would be to not give them any reaction - eventually they will get bored of saying things and not getting any reaction and they will stop.
Good luck :o)

1). Rejoice that you don't get cramps. I don't always get them either.
2). The boys in your grade are immature boys and it would be great if we could get them to stop. I am an adult with a large chest and men still stare.
I think it's real important that you talk to your guidance consellor or your mom or some other responsibile adult about this so that this experience doesn't undermine your self esteem or you will carry it with you into adulthood.

1. It's normal for some girls not to get cramps. You are the lucky one.
2. Have a friend stand in front of you that way the guy is looking at your friend. Or you can wear sweatshirts(large sweatshirts) and that might make them stop looking.

We usually do not get cramps in normal circumstances. You are having physical changes being at the stage of puberty. Changes undergoing to your shape is something you should not be bothered with. Wear with a good bra and avoid fitted shirts until you will get used to your body change. Don't mind your classmates, as long as you will try to stop them the more they will tease you. Disregard them and don't overreact if you feel they stare at your chest. Act naturally, nothing is wrong with your shape and there is nothing to ba ashamed of.

That my be normal, it all depends on your body style. And as far as your chest, when talking to boys, if all they do is look at your chest, then don't even waste your time on them. They aren't worth it. I personally have a very flat chest for a 16 year old girl, and I am constantly teased for it. I don't pay attention to them anymore.

Yes it is normal. I do not get them and never had and I am going on 40.
Try and make comments back at them that you know they will not like. Also are you having any back problems? If so then you need to see a doctor about getting a reduction.

You are so lucky not to get cramps! This is as normal as getting cramps.
Avoid clothing that draws attention to your chest such as low cut tops exposing cleavage, tight tops and/or shirts with sayings on them.

2) Don't listen to them. They are immature young boys that don't think before they speak. They are trying to bring you down and don't care what you feel.

No cramps, perfectly normal..consider yourself lucky. Count your bessings.
Boys looking at your chest- you can't get them to stop. My daughter was a 36C in 6th grade..she's 22 now and now men are looking at them, they just don't make it so obvious. It'll get better, but not for a few years. Try to ignore them, if that's possible.
My daughter used to hate her chest..now she's proud of them!
