My best friend likes this girl whose new to our school. I like her also. We've promised to tell eachother when we start and stop liking a girl. Should I tell him that I like her?? Or should I keep it a secret??

Honesty is a really good thing in any realationship with anyone. Tell him, what's the worst can happen? I'm a girl and if she likes one of you, she will, but if she doesn't, she doesn't. Just cuz your friend likes her doesn't mean she's his property. I hate when guys do that. Anyway, it's best to tell your friend so you don't have a fight up in your mind if you should or not, it's best always to be honest, honestly. Good Luck! ~Carly

I think if you tell him and she ends up with him how weird would you feel around them?
if she chooses you over him, your relationship might be ruined because of it. either way its awkward.
basically, shes off limits already.

If you think he won't get mad at you then you should tell him but if you think he'll get mad at you and won't want to be your friend anymore then just keep quiet. Good Luck!!!!
