the frenzy united statesand crunches will do little in the way of burning energy and that i can't see the mile run burning from now on than 2 hundred energy at your weight. attempt a stable 0.5 hour of intense era practise an afternoon which will enhance your metabolism and burn closer to 500 energy. on the treadmill i do 2 minutes of a medium to rapid paced jog observed via a minute of all out sprinting and then repeat the technique (i finally end up doing approximately 3.5 miles)

you also have to add cardio into your workout. crunches & push ups will build muscle but you wont be able to see it until you lose the layers of fat.
