Tire prices vary drastically depending on size, manufacturer and if they are summer, snow or all season. same goes for an alignment HOWEVER get a 4wheel alignment, not just a 2 wheel.
An educated guess though I would say $600 would be the higher end of the cost range.
Don't forget you have to pay for mounting and balancing also.

It all depends on what kind of tire and size. The alignment should cost about 30 to 45 $.

its an '01 Blazer so i am going to think its safe to asume you have 31X10.50R15 tires. those at big o for the BFG All-Terrain are about 95 bucks each and the alignment is going to be right around 75-100 bucks. atleast thats what it is here in utah.
