11 years olds should not be wearing makeup yet. Just be a kid and enjoy it. Don't try and grow up sp fast. Believe me you will be a grown up soon enough and then you will wish you were a kid again.

On an 11 year old, mascara can took pretty harsh. I would suggest starting out with an eyelash curler (which will do WONDERS on its own), and then apply an eyeshadow with some shimmer that will bring attention to your eyes and make them look bigger.

i dont think an 11 year old should be wearing mascara.
if its for halloween or something, just go to pennys or something like that and ask the workers for black and the best brand they have.

Start w/something clear until u r about 13...11 is too young 4 make-up...i just started wearing makeup and i'm a frosh.
