Its not totally 100% works...For me just 50%. Sometimes more than that figure. For daily horoscope, I just rate it 5%.
Different parts got different rates, if you want to learn or know someone personality, its will be 88% true. Conclusion, its also depends on your own.

Horoscopes are fun to read but most of the time it's incorrect, however occasionally it might appear to be correct.

Take a look where this section is at "Entertainment & Music"
You can "believe" like it's a religion (it is sort of) or if you consider astrology to be science (it is not) then it must be subject to testing. In fact there has been tests and astrology has failed.
Extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof.

The stars incline, they do not compel.
If the Moon pushes the oceans around, and our bodies are mostly water, why is it so difficult to think it might affect us, too?
And if the Moon affects the Earth so strongly, why is it so hard to think that the Sun, the source of all life, affects us as well?
So why wouldn't the other planets affect us as well?
This isn't rocket science, just simple physics.

it depends. most horoscopes are written by total retards. find your own horoscope by looking at your constelations in the sky at night. and also, the horoscopes are written based off of personality of that sign so basically yes they work

I would say no, but...
There was an astrologer, his name was something like "Sir Francis Drake". When his column ran about 20 years ago, his 'predictions' were quite eerie.
Nowadays, astrology columns are just advice columns; "Watch your money", "Be kind to animals", "A family member will feature prominently in your day..."
