When arrested, the mime doesn't get the right to remain silent. Instead, the mime gets the sht beat out of it.

OK it's facetious, but, actually, although anyone in this country can choose to remain silent, they will be advised that a refusal to answer questions might affect their prospects of a defence in court if they later rely on information they didn't disclose in interview - scary isn't it?
