Yale offers the best undergraduate programs in the world. However, Harvard offers the best graduate programs especially its medical program. It is strange, but I hear that they will accept Yale students after they complete their undergraduate programs before they choose their own students. The reason? Yale offers better undergraduate programs.

Princeton was chosen as the top school in the country, overtaking Harvard, but their premed/biology is no where near as good as Harvard or Yale. I would go with either of those first. Also, if you plan to attend that school's medical school, I would choose the one that is in your home state, if applicable. Med schools show prefernce to in state students, even over those who attended their undergraduate institution. This is so they have a better chance of keeping you locally after you graduate.

Harvard and Yale have two of the best pre-med/ medical programs in the country. I envy you, I can only hope I am that lucky.

Unless you posted your question incorrectly and you meant to say "acceptance" letters then the choice is not yours to make. It is theirs.
As they only accept a small percentage of applicants, you should apply to several universities.
You should treasure your medical school application from Princeton since it is a one of a kind. Princeton has no medical school.

For Medical school, all are outstanding, you should be able to get into any of the most competitive residencies. I prefer Harvard.
