The drain for the radiator is on the lower LEFT corner of the rad. But to access it, will require removal of the lower front valence. The EASIER way to drin system is as follows: Remove the threaded cap from the coolant recovery bottle. On the lower RIGHT side of the vehicle you will see a rubber hose with a squeeze type clamp on it. release the clamp and move rearward. Separate the hose connection, BUT BE CAREFUL. THE COOLANT WILL COME POURING OUT VERY FAST, SO YOU BETTER HAVE A DRAIN BUCKET VERY CLOSE, TAKING EXTREME CAUTION NOT TO BURN YOURSELF!!! It would be recommended that you use a garden hose and THOROUGHLY flush out the heater core and hoses in BOTH directions as well. Hope this helps. Good luck.

here's a funny answer. Some taurus have a drain plug some dont depending on year .If it did here's the way to find it but It's a pain in the ***, let me tell ya. There are two vent-type holes in the front of the car. Get a flashlight and look in the driver side one. move some tubes around and you'll see a plastic spicot type thing pointing down at an angle with a plastic knob underneath it. If you're lucky the thing won't be clogged. Attach a piece of tubing to the spicot and turn the know (if that's not jammed). If it's clogged you're going to have to take the apron off the bottom of the car. On mine i just kept turning the knob and eventually the antifreeze started to come out from around it. It was slow going, but it worked. Hope this helps.
If you dont want to bother with the plug cuz honestly it will probably be plugged with gunk , ust remove bottom hose to drain it ..alot simpler .

It may not have one.

Loosen the lower radiator hose.

ADDED: Oh, you have a blown head gasket.
