What are you asking? If there are no WMD's, what is the significance of "when". If there are none, possibly there never were any, so how about "since the beginning of time"? Or maybe "since 12:31 am Jan 5, 1971" - what's your point?

Iraqi general AL SADA, the man you see next to saddam in all the gulf war footage, the man who was thrown into ABU GRAIB prison by saddam for refusing to kill american POW's, says that when he was recalled by saddam in 2002, the weapons were still there and saddam moved them to syria, Iraq's sister government (they once considered becoming one country)
If saddam's head general isnt proof enough, what is?
