As a person who was in exactly that situation a few years ago, let me just make this suggestion...unless you really love working in the field, go running and screaming away from biology!
That being said, I do love biology, but I'm moving towards the business side of things instead of the lab. If you have any aptitude for business, this is a good way to advance your career without a Ph.D.
If you love medicine, consider allied health professions. I have heard great things about physicians assistant. Other areas to consider are nursing (practically guaranteed a job), respiratory therapist, radiologist, physical therapist, pharmacy and dentistry to name a few. Although more schooling is required, these fields have great career potential.

You won't do much with an undergraduate degree. No company of reputable status would higher a biology major to do real-world biology work.
Apply for internships (your department should provide information on them), that's your best best for networking at least. Otherwise you'll have to go on to get a graduate degree to get a career in biology.

You could always do graduate work in Biology proper if you enjoy it enough... M.D. is a professional degree that uses biology but it is in a different field.
