Clinton would win. Clinton knows more about politics. Bush would be too mad and would want to kick his butt. Bush wouldn't know what to say unless he has his speech writer do it for him.

Honestly, Clinton has many ideas according to his recent interviews. I believe he (or almost anyone, actually) would have a lot against Bush. Enough to win the debate.
Can someone please explain to birdsnake that he is giving an accurate description of BUSH, and not Clinton? He has proven to be ignorant way too many times.

Bush would win hands down. He would embarrass Clinton just like Fox News did.

bush can't read his Q cards quick enough. Clinton would dance around him But if a 5 year old were to debate with bush he might have a chance. Its hard to believe but i tought Bush was a good MASTER debater

First of all they would have explain to Bush what a debate was. And seeing how Clinton is a compassionate man, I don't think he would take advantage of the mentally handicapped.

President Clinton would obviously beat President Bush at a debate, I don't know how anybody can deny that. Even conservatives know that Bush isn't the best public speaker.
After all, it wasn't his ability to debate that won Bush the Presidency, it was, uh... um, err......

The key would be...will they have the questions in advance.

Leaving my own political leanings out of this Clinton is far more flamboyant so he would win. However if he loses his cool like he did with Wallace then he would lose
