you come from grains and cow/horse/animal poo, because the grains and wheat are fertilised with poo). they use that poo to make vegetables and fruits, more grains, cows and milk that comes from cows)which your dad ate and therefore made him grow and become a man and the minerals diet and vitamins gave him the nessecary hormones to make his balls function and thus create a little "iceman" sperm and same but egg from the ovaries for a woman. so you were in the earth, and a cow's rectum.

You've existed for millions of years as DNA fragments. Slowly, and by some mirracle your DNA came together at precise time to complete 'you'. Think about it, your DNA comes from your parents, whose DNA came from their parents and so on.
So cosmically, you were always alive in some way, some aspect of you was alive in your grandparents. And in the future when you have kids, they are already alive in you as fragments of your DNA. All it requires is for you to find that someone to share your DNA with and create a cool little kid :)
