Is a long shock dampener better than a short square shock dampener, or is there any difference??
Should i buy a shock dampener, if my racket already has one?

I prefer longer dampeners, but i really notice no difference(maybe because i use a leaded Head LM prestige..)

Personal preference. I have played tennis since I was 6 yrs old and played NCAA Div 1. I have tried about every dampener on the market and they are all the same.

Do yourself a favor....same some money and just tie a rubber band in there.....like Agassi. That's what I do and it works just as well.

Just the way they look all though, the small ones can spring of your raquet easier when you break a string, you will have to track it down , but the break is always good.

there is no difference between them but square dampners are better because they have longer lie than long dampners and long dampners just reduce the ibrations a very very very little bit more
and you dont need to buy a new one

I honestly don't think there is any difference at all because I had one of each kind on my raquet.
