You have your Pop-Up-Blocker enabled. Your probably using Yahoo. You can enable and disable it. You should have the toolbar enabled. If you really want to see what you are trying to open, temporarily disable it. Press the shift key while clicking on the link to momentarily bypass it. You can also turn it off under the Tools menu in Internet Explorer just be sure to turn it back on.

Your firewall or Antivirus sofware blocking it... or the aposite the Spyware is on your PC that's doing that.
