i told the kid i really like that i liked him. he saidd ahhh nice!! and acted like he likes me. but he told he he doesnttt? any help or thoughtt?!!!

Well, he was being up front with you when he said he didn't "Like" you. Meaning "Not in that way" (That's Mature for a young man.) You should take him at his word on this and look elsewhere for a boyfriend.
OR
He's playing the "Bad" boy game.
Thats being aloof, unreachable, mysterious.
he wants you but he doesn't want to be owned by you.
When he gets what he wants from you, he will dump you and then start the whole thing over with another girl.
This type hasn't matured emotionally, or ethically.
How to tell the difference? YOU DON'T
Just move on, because either way you are going to get hurt.
