where can i find fixer upper homes in jefferson county, mo?

i want a cheap house to buy and fix up for my son.

check with a couple of local banks, credit union, look on the bulletin board at the local cafe. Drive around til you see something you are interested in, get the address, go to the county assessor's office and find who owns the property. As a last resort, you could call a realtor.
