im 18 and considering gettin them from dr 90210.he did it on my friend and hes is the best Ive seen & felt compared to many others girls.

I respect your right to do what you like to your body.
Wanting bigger boobs is normal but as you get older and put on weight(you will!) they'll get bigger,and if you have children then they will really get big and you will need them to nurse your babies. You are already worried about things going wrong with the surgery.
Why don't you get some of those silicon bra inserts, there are even those stick on silicon bras(completely strapless) they will give the same look, all the film stars use them,along with push-up Wonderbra's.
Sorry to sound like your Mum-but don't give in to peer pressure,at least try the inserts in Wonderbra's for a while: they will give you an idea of how the extra weight feels and they work with bikinis too. Go to a bridal/gown boutique and say you want to try a corset style dress and you're looking for a style to emphasise your "decolletage "then see what they find for you.Good tailoring will always make you feel a million dollars .

No. Depending on your current breast size, your skin will stretch to accomodate the stuff they put in there, and maybe become harder.
I know I was shocked one time when caressing a woman's breasts, they were hard as a rock, but the nipples were still very small. It made sucking them impossible.
I sorta go for the natural, whatever they are...

you need to apply natures way and get pregnant. Your breasts will swell up as they fill with breast milk. After being pregnant they are going to stay at regardless of length they have been given to, so assume a minimum of a million cup length, so which you would be able to flow as much as a B or incredibly better. different than that, you are able to not boost breast length devoid of surgical operation. they're purely fatty tissue, there is not any magic formula that will boost their length.
