Forgot to mention I've tried a couple searches on youtube, but no result. Lots of retro commercial, but all national as far as I can see.

A local station ran a show about old New Orleans commericals. I think it was WTUL. If you call them you may be able to buy a DVD of the entire show. It had all of the old ones, going back to the beginning of TV time.
Make sure you show her the commercial(s) from Franky & Johnnie's Furniture. Let em have it!

Bubblegoose.com and ClassicTVads.com have tons of commercials I think they may be all national, but it's worth a look.
