I think so, since He apparently didn't get married, He wouldn't have had sex

Great question if we want to get real. Some would say he was. But is that real for a 30 some year old? Not really? Is there a reason why his teens and twenties were so quiet and we know so little about those times? Of course if he lived in a flesh and bones body he had flesh and bones desires.
So, I think it was likely that he was sexually active at least at some point. I think it is a legimate question to ask if he was gay or not. There are some reasons to suggest that was a possibility. The other alternative is that Mary Magdelene was his girlfriend and perhaps later his wife.
So, we just need to keep real about the idea of a sexually active Jesus. There obviously are more questions than answers at this point and probably always will be.

He was charismatic enough to get a bunch of people to follow him around, I sure he must have gotten some groupie love

no, i think he survived the ordeal on the cross and they thought he rose from the dead,, it has happened many times that people were announced to be dead and later awokened, even today brazil and other countries put sensors in caskets to prevent from burying someone who might still be alive
