Aggravated is brought about by the situation, whereas intent is somwhat premeditated.

Sorta like murder 1 vs manslaughter.


Actually being hit (or whatever you want to call it) is not assault, but battery. Assault is the threat, not the actual action.

Dont waste this advantageous time mocking Allah swt and rather use it for eternal happiness if you're smart sufficient.
