Because she is the trustee she can decide how much yu get at a time, she can not with hold all the money forever but she can disperse as she sees fit. Can you sue her, no but you can get an injection to have someone review her conduct. You truely need a probate lawyer.

You're awful but that is besides the point. You didn't give your current age but the house has nothing to do with your inheritance. It is exactly as you say....half at 21, the other at 25. She is not liable for what you do with it.

initially, you want to understand the words of your mom's will that you're saying your father isn't honoring. changed into he to provide a particular quantity of money to the youngsters upon the happening of a particular situation? changed into he given the money or resources outright? Your father is loose to regulate his own will at any time. you're merely an "inheritor glaring" As is the case of all of your siblings. you do not have any rights to at least something passing below your father's will see you later as he's alive. the completed situation turns into better complicated in case your moms and dads accomplished joint wills. you should seek for suggestion from an lawyer. lou - retired lawyer

yes, if she was put in charge of your inheritance you should sue her to get it. if she has spent it (above and beyond account management fees and anything that was spent on you), she may be responsible for paying you back. Its a civil matter, not criminal.

You need to get an attorney in the state you reside in. Most do not charge you for the first visit.
