I think it really depends on the woman.
For me it would be
1. Sense of humor
2. Intelligence
3. Ability to support oneself (I don't mean the guy has to be wealthy, but I'm 23 and I am sick of dating losers that live with their parents with no motivation)
4. Physical attraction
5. Commitment/maturity (I'm also sick of THAT issue, BE a man and BE monogamous, none of this f-buddy nonsense)
6. Shared common interests (sex cannot be the only factor)
