I honestly think it comes from a long line of dancers. In Africa, they have ceremonial dances from hundreds of years ago. They have soul and rhythm. White people think the twist is hard. Now, of course it's not totally fair to say that all white people can't dance and all black people can, but when I go dancing, I see a lot of white people bobbing thier head and tapping thier feet. It could also be a self-concience thing, where white people are so indoctrinated to think they can't dance, that they don't, and when they do, they worry about it too much, and then in turn, dance worse. Vicious cycle. Being white, I feel as though sometimes I'm just making a fool of myself, but if you Re having fun, then who's to stop you, right?

I am considered a white person. I can move around but I cannot really dance and I have noticed when a black person dances they do it so well that almost everyone else should just sit down?
Are we whites just slow or do we just have defective rhythm...I don't know but I know what you mean.

Because there to busy wondering if there stock is going to crash or not..their not focused man. On the other hand Black people don't give a damn, were so far behind in society all we do is dance not to think about it..the S*hit is true.

White people can dance. Some white people cant dance. There are black, mexican, chinese, etc people who cant dance either. So its not just white people. Thats a little racist dont cha think

well actually depends on the kind of dancing...not a lot of black people can country dance...some can yes..but i have seen some white people that can dance to the boogie down music...i really think that it depends on how relaxed a person can be...white people tend to be too uptight!!

It is innate. Black people are very cultural; they like to sing, dance and play music with rhythm 24/7.

i wont say all white people can't dance, britney spears and justin timberland can dance to name a few however, tina marie does the typical dance they seem to do this question is going to open a can of racist worms ive read one racist remark well we now know whom the racist people are among us
