Mix 4 to 5 teaspoon full of table salt in warm water, and immerse your thumb in it until the water starts getting cool. Repeat this a few times a day and you will have very good healing.

My son jammed his thumb on the school bus , Friday night after a game and I took him to the chiropractor on Monday ... He says it feels fine now ....

I usualy jam it playing basketball but I usually don't treat it, just let it heal by itself.
