you should have information of someone doing something in the previous you arrest them, a minimum of contained in the u . s . a .. you could not get in worry merely because you're saying you killed this a lot of human beings or offered this or that drug. maximum rappers who rap about this stuff do not do this stuff, they are merely rapping about issues happening of their "hoods" or attempting to portray an photo. the authentic killers, sellers & hustlers are available killing, dealing & hustling - no longer rapping in flashy video clips.
