Yes, you can reset your iPod to original settings, clearing the library. You can find instructions here:

Yes. Through the iTunes program you had to install on your computer. Remove all the songs from the library on the computer, then plug in the iPod. Or, uncheck all the songs in your library and then connect the iPod. The first way will delete the songs from your library and your iPod. The second way only deletes them from the iPod and not your library.

You can remove items from the iPod by highlighting them as they appear on the iPod and choose Delete from the Edit menu.

If you want to "clear" your iPod, you can do that using iPod updater software. (came with iPod or download from Apple) That will reset you to the way the iPod came new.

If you want to transfer your music to your computer from your iPod, visit ilounge.com and get one of the excellent programs for doing just that.

on ur itunes highlight ur whole libary and then press delte..it may take a while according to how much songs u had..then just hit update ipod and boom all ur songs r off

If you select all of them to be removed but if you mean like literally at the same time no cuz you still have to wait for them to load off induvidually.So no.

yea delete them off your itunes.
and if there are certain ones you want to keep, u have to check the checkmark. or just re-import them to itunes
