My rabbit has had problems before with allergies. He can only breath through one side of his nose and there was white snot coming from his nose. the weather has been changing a lot and i cant figure out whether it is weather changes or if he is going to die of snuffles.

If he has a nasal discharge there is a good possibility that your rabbit is sick and needs to be seen by a vet. If he is sick with snuffles and gets treated quickly, there is every likelihood that he'll be just fine. You want to be sure that your vet is "rabbit savvy" and you can get pointers on that by checking out www.rabbit.org
Here is a link to respiratory diseases in rabbits.

Its difficult to tell, but respiratory problems can be pretty serious in rabbits. Your best bet would be to take him to a vet just in case. He might be allergic to his food or bedding. This is especially true with pine and cedar beddings because the natural oils in them have been known to cause respiratory problems in small animals. Change to aspen or carefresh bedding for a while and see if it helps. Otherwise, you really should take him to a good vet, he or she would be able to determine what is causing you bunny's runny nose.

He might have an upper respirtory infection or pasteurella. Either way a trip to the vet is in order. Left untreated it could die and do you want your bun to die so awfully? http://www.rabbit.org
