Yes, it is a state. It's just above Texas, which puts it in an odd little neighborhood, with Arkansas beside it. I guess it's a great place holder. Somthing's got to keep the other states from running into each other. There's a bunch of stuff there, including a destroyed building with a lot of memorials in it's place. Don't know what else it's good for. If you'd asked me about Minnesota, I could tell you. It's to protect Ontario from Iowa.

It's a buffer zone between the barren lands of Kansas and the barren lands of Texas. We can't have states with rhyming names bordering each other, that would be madness.
