Assume that the percentages are percentage by weight, then assume that the density of the soda is the same as water so that the weight would be 300 grams.

I will do the first one for you. The rest are yours!

.05% is .0005 in decimal fraction form. So the weight of sodium is .0005 times 300 grams = 0.15 grams of sodium
