drink allot of water and cranberry juice, water to help it pass faster cranberry juice to flush out your kidneys and its good for you bladder to help prevent UTI. I don't envy you I've had kidney stones and being prego you can't use all of the stronger medications to speed the process up or dull the pain. The more you drink the faster it will pass though unless your fluid restricted by a doctor then you just have to wait unfortunately.

Drink a lot of cranberry juice. It helps break up the stone. My mom drank a gallon of it and passed the stone the next day.

if you're not pregnant i would recommend drinking beer because it helps break down the stone and eases your urinal system. ask your doctor if non-alcoholic beer would be safe for the baby.

DON'T take antibiotics when you're pregnant, it will hurt the baby.

my sister is in hospital with the same thing, she is not pregnat though. Depends on the size of the stone, they may be able to break it down with anti-biotics that will not harm the baby?
