Yes...

But mostly there are SCAMS out there to take as much money as possible from children who want to be models.

Unfortunately, there is also a new breed of sexual predator, that tries to lure children into "Modeling" on the internet... when someone wants you to "Model" on the internet for them, I suggest you kick them in the private parts.... really really hard.

If you want to be a fashion model, runway model, those jobs are in New York City. There are certain height and weight restrictions. At age 14, you can not do anything without the consent of your parents.
Wait until you are 18.
