The younger and more immature a smoker is, the easier it is to spot. Contrary to what most everybody has said, there are NO absolute clues, unless you're acting like Spicoli in Fast Times At Ridgemont High. Unless you've been sitting somewhere with no moving air, and you have smoked an entire bag, then you will not have bloodshot eyes, walk funny, talk funny, or smell like the forest burned down. If you just smoked a bowl or a joint, out on the patio, or driving down the road with the windows open, you MIGHT have a very faint odor, and you MIGHT have a giggle, or you MIGHT think you're smarter than you were a minute ago and launch into a very deep conversation. You also MIGHT be thirsty or have the munchies. Past the teenage or college years, with a person who is as mature as their age, it's very hard to tell a smoker.
How do I know? I just do.

Yes you can...but contrary to what other people are saying..we do not have slurred speech, we don't walk funny, the only thing that makes you tell is possibly the way we laugh and our eyes!

Not nessessarily.But Id look for obvious signs like,,twinkies in their pockets,,residue fingers,,no seriously,,sometimes,,non-smokers can smell it on you.The eyes will be glossy or red or closed or all of the above.They will be smileing alot. ;O)

Not really. I got away with it for five years. The symptoms are'nt symptoms you could really notice unless you were with them all the time.

Can't always tell right off. some discuss marajuaana. some wear clothes with pot leafs on them. you can tell sometimes

The only time that I can tell is when someone is real heavy into it. They are very forgetful and seem like nothing computes.
