Is this something that can be done for very thin eyebrows - to make them look more full?

It is essentially tattooing makeup on. And you may be able to use it for that. Will see if I can find more info for you.

Permanent make up is makeup that is tattooed on. It can make eyebrows look fuller. Be careful who you have do it because, like any other tattoo, the only way to take it off is by having a doctor remove it.

Yeah you can tattoo eyebrows on. Though I've heard it hurts like hell and doesn't look very realistic unless you put stuff over that too. You can also transplant hair from the back of your head into your eyebrows (sounds weird but they do it) although it costs a lot.

Usually it's not used to make thin eyebrows look thicker. A lot of women who get permanent eyebrow makeup shave their eyebrows and have one thin line tatooed on. It looks fine if you shave it and draw them on anyway. If you have thin eyebrows try using eye liner and color your eyebrows in.

It is basically totooing make up on your face.
You can have it done for eyebrows. My friend had hers done and it was only a couple of hundred dollars. Which isnt bad when you think of all th etime and pencils you go through.

permanent makeup is when you get it tattooed on like for example eyeliner or somthing like that i m not sure if it can make eyebrows fuller or not though

It's called tattoos on the face. No, I'm not joking. There are people who tattoo eyeliner or or redden their lips so they don't have to do it every day.
Personally, I'd rather look bland than do that to my face.

I have a friend that actually has her eye brows tattooed on. They don't look bad.

Basically when they tatoo lip liner, eye liner stuff like that in your skin.
