I should think they'd be listed through the county someplace. Call the county seat and ask them!
They usually list the house "auctions" near the want ads in the newspaper.

check with your favorite real estate broker, or your local bank or lending agency that does mortgages. There is a web site that list the HUD VA Rural Development and other homes needing repairs that are for sale, some in foreclosure. Here it is.

Sherriff sales. You can get info on these at the county courthouse. They hold them every Wed where I live.

most banks turn them over to Realtors, sheriff sales are not always easy. HUD usually turns theirs over to Realtors.
