I'll give yahoo a plug: Geocities. Easy to use drag and drop tools. Style templates if you need them. Animated elements. It's a nice basic page.

AIM Pages is awesome. Just sign up for a screenname and be off. Also check with your ISP. They usually offer free webspace to customers.

Go to www.zoomshare.com and you can make one at any age. I did. Mine is www.marissaswebsite.zoomshare.com . Or you can go to www.freewebs.com
