I'm not sure what do you expect an executive recruiter do for you.

Speaking as a soon to be ex-executive recruiter, most do not work for job candidates. In this job market when there are lots of demands, recruiters tend to work on the job side and try to find candidates to fill jobs, instead of market a candidate to multiple companies.

Since they only get paid if a position is filled, there is simply greater chance for success when they work with companies and job orders.

If you are willing to pay for some "marketing" cost, I might able to help you find one.

Best wishes.
