I'm a heavy patriots fan, and even I can't say yes with confidence right now. Lets face it, Tom has no one to throw to with confidence, Dillon isn't healthy right now. And you can't count on the defense to shut every team out, there's just to much pressure on Brady and the D. Also we have a rookie kicker, so when we get to crunchtime in the playoffs or late in a game, that could be an issue.
