He's arguably better than Dan Marino because he has a Super Bowl ring.

By the end of this year he'll have more career TD's than Marino.

The only way Brett wouldn't make the Hall of Fame is if you're talking about the Baseball Hall of Fame!!!

While there's no way a QB who won only one Super Bowl can be called the "greatest ever", Farve will make the HOF easily, probably on the first ballot.

Farve is probably the most highly rated "one year Super Bowl wonder" QBs..

Farve did win one Super Bowl, against a New England team with basically a rookie QB, and he also lost one (ironically, to John Elway, who couldn't win a Super Bowl in three previous tries, until he went up against Farve).

Farve and Elway are the two most over-rated great QBs in history. ESPN seems to think that the choice of the greatest QB ever is between these two guys..

I am not up on my Packers. However i do know that Brett Farve if he beats Joe Montana for most touchdowns thrown (Career) He will be in the hall of Fame. Any time you beat Joe Montanna you are damn good in my book.

Of course. He could have retired three seasons ago and still had the stats necessary. Not to mention the reputation as a tough as nails competitor.

He is Guaranteed a spot in Canton unless he do something like Pete Rose did in Baseball and get banned.

easily, he'll be a first ballot entry, no doubt. just look at his career stats and accomplishments - 3 MVP's, won the super bowl, longest streak of starts for a QB, 2nd all time in TDs, so on and so forth
