Regardless of what I ask, I get responses filled with swearing, superlatives, gross insults, silly innuendos and just plain rude remarks. Are the responders just lazy or working off the script given to them? Do they have nothing constructive to say? Or are they just marching lock-step with their party?

Some people on here are just full of it. I like to think they're just blowing off steam since you can't really act like that in person without being a social misfit. Just try to ignore them, I sure do most of the time.

Being polite is a gift of respect for yourself. If you do what everyone else does, you will be no better than they are. To be a great person you should set the example, not follow. As for following everyone saying the same thing over and over, it's easy-er than explaining the complications and details.

I agree even if you ask the most simplest question there is always a few out there that turn it into a bashing contest well you know what i say there FUC@KIN@ idiots and don't deserve our time or thoughts on the situations at hand... Don't let the losers get you down they are just that idiot losers with nothing better to do!!! peace... Why bother? Because allowing the actions of other people determine what type of person you are is just stupid. Sorry to be blunt, but there it is. You can be polite AND have a backbone. If you are a polite person, do not let rude people change you. One, you'll be happier in the long run. And two, it'll drive them crazy!

You (as do I) need to just let it slide right off your back- dont let it bother you.

If you have worded these questions as astutely as you have this one, there should be no problem unless the topics of your questions are not answerable. We all have our personal convictions, but we do need to watch how we present them.
