My advice is to accept Halloween for what people take it for. I doubt if very many go out and celebrate Halloween for Satanic reasons....most are just looking for a little fun. No matter what your age, there is a way to enjoy Halloween if you want to. And if you do not want to....that's okay too!

I vote yes. First of all, it is indeed a lot of fun, a playful little event. Second of all, one can, at least in my opinion, celebrate it as a Christian. Much of the Christian tradition is about exposing the nature of evil and human vulnerability to harm, and, for want of a better term, this holiday celebrates that.

Why not become a demon worshiper the witches won't bother you too much. Actually this celebration is the harmless vestige from from the Catholic Church's All Saints Day.

well , all I can give you is how I was raised.

halloween is evil, its based on witchcraft and demonism dressed up as innocent and fun. Why dress up as demons, even the "clean" stuff -like princesses, cats, fairies, etc-is concidered worship of the devil because of participation in halloween.

should you celebrate it?
thats up to you, personally I dont care, growing up I was never allowed to trick or treat and was never allowed to dress up because of my families beliefs. Personally, now that Im in college and an adult, Im gonna dress the heck up and celebrate it. It'll be my first time.

There is one day a year in this rigid whacked out nation that people are allowed to dress up crazy and be in public, on the square, tromping after dark through other people's yards and knocking on their doors (if you have kids to take trick or treating) and I love it!

What do you want to do?

I have to agree with KittyRoger... who gives a witches mole whether you should celebrate or not.

You give insufficient information to make the question worth answering... age, possible religious conflict with celebration, fear of ghosts, haunts or demons?

I lock my door, turn out the lights and try to sleep... damned teenagers.

well i guess everyone does to some extent but i did not let my kids trick or treat after their 13th birthday. if they wanted to go to Halloween parties then that was ok but i think trick or treating is more for the little kids

celebrate the autumn harvest part of it. Plenty of fruits. veggies, grains, etc for the winter. As far as the dark, kind of demonic stuff, avoid that.

I would say it is all up to you.
I personally think that is a fun time to go out with friends or even to stay home and see all the kids and their costumes. :)

no. as in we should not tell you wether to celebrate it or not.

if u r a true christian then no, cause it's a pagan rooted celebration that has to do with false teachings.
