I am a fan of Jake, and he played a great game last week, but will he keep Culter on the sidelines at least for this season?

I don't think Mike Shannahan is going to pull Plummer any time soon. I mean he's spent the last how many years grooming him to be the starter?

Look at how Jake played last season when he had a good running game behind him that defenses had to respect. Hasn't been that way so far this season.

Bottom line... Cutler's a good project. But that's all he is right now, a project. Maybe by next season he'll be ready to step up and take over the starting role, but I don't think Shannahan is going to give him much of a chance this season.

Plummer will still be starting for the Broncos. He's playing better now and Denver is a playoff team with him at QB. I think Cutler will likely start in '07.

Barring an injury, Plummer will be the starter throughout this year. Shanahan has said as much. Cutler is a great young prospect and will be best served to watch and learn for a year or two, maybe play in spots.

Sorry bout that but No 6 Jay Cutler looks most promising to take over for Jake. He is the best of the top 3 quarterbacks drafted this year ...Good luck Jake and Jay

it is going to likely be Orton and Orton until eventually there are injuries. Tebow will see the field in a Wildcat gimmicky variety of offensive set this year yet heavily isn't an each and every down participant for no less than 2 or 3 seasons.. As for Quinn he had to were flat pissed very last evening and that i visit't blame him..

I think Cutler will eventually see time, but only if Plummer struggles and chokes like he did against the Rams. I wouldnt be surprised to see Cutler be the starter in 2007.
