What is the highest number anyone can think of?

It depends actually. When you were a child and learnt to count only upto '20', '21' was the highest number for you. However, when you're into a job earning a thousand bucks, while your best friend earning 3,000... this 3,000 seems to be the highest number to you. When you're old enough waiting for your death, you find yourself in a no man's land... '0' might be the highest number that suits your achievement.
** However, mathematically, infinity is not a number... so,
the highest number = infinity minus the lowest positive number other than zero

"Infinity" isn't actually "the highest number" because it's not a number at all -- infinity is the concept that numbers keep getting larger (or smaller). There is no largest number; whatever number you pick, I can pick one larger by adding one, or doubling it.
Of course, if you meant "highest" in another way, you might check to see what numbers are written on the International Space Station.
And some people would say "420" is the highest number. ;-)

There is no "highest number" the list goes on and on, for infinite. In other words, give me a number you think is the highest, and i can add 1 to it and instantly have a higher number. same applies for negatives too.
