Seriously, Goodwill! they have the cool long skirts from this season for about 1/4 the price and a lot with the tags still on them. I got one ankle length from Chico's that was marked $148.00 with the sequin detailing for $2.50! I used to say "eew goodwill" but it has been a real treasure dream some days. That way you don't feel bad if it's a one time wear too.

Check J C Penney online, Kohl's online, or better yet just make one yourself!!! A wraparound or sari type skirt is really easy!

Try chadwicks catalog -- ll bean, eddie bauer -- check them out online. They all had long skirts in their last catalogs.
