I have been told that so many times, and even said it a couple times myself to my little 5 year old cousins. But i know exactly how it is to know it's not right to be mean, but you absolutely have to sometimes. I'm not really a mean person, i hate conflict. But if you push the wrong button, I'll go ballistic on your butt! lol

Oh, tons! I really have a hard time being nice sometimes though. I'm a sarcastic person, and I like to make myself laugh, so that doesn't help either.

That is something that I was taught at a very early age in school. I still live by that to this very day. I don't speak unless I need to voice my opinion. If it isn't nice, I keep it to myself.
