I don't have a myspace accoutn, but i was just wondering which site you guys(girls) think is more vulnerable to sexual pretators.

I have accounts on all these spaces and the place that I get the most creepiness is from friendster. The best thing to do is to use these accounts wisely. Set your privacy settings as private as possible. I have my myspace account set so that only friends may view my profile and I have been just fine. Just be careful, like you would anywhere. Think of it as a bulletin that you are putting on a telephone pole on the street. Don't put your number, where you live, where you work. People can find you and stalk you this way. If you can shield it so that only your friends can see it, well that's like mailing the bulletin directly to them rather than putting it out on a public street.

I think MYSPACE is, but to be honest ALL the website with the ability to commuicate on line are. Thier is no one supervising this sites. You can pretty much do what u want and with who ever u want. As long as u have a picture and email your page. It's bad but the truth.

i think that it depends....i am 26 and i use myspace to keep in touch with family and old friends...my page is set to private..you can only view my info. if i approve....but to young kids who put all there info on a page and let all the public see it..yes they can get into some trouble like that...i am sure that all the sickos out there view that website very often.that is a sad thing.

there's sexual predators every where you just have to be care full i have a my space also but just for fun not to meet people i personally wouldn't want to meet anybody through the Internet
