Yes it more than likely will. Becuse it has to go to your emails server which is at the building that your email is stored then they have to sort it and etc. Before you can access it. I hope this was somewhat of a help to you. And it also depends on the size of picture you are sending.

Maybe I been having trouble with Yahoo mail. See if it got put in bulk or junk. Then check to see if your security is blocking it.
