John Mark Karr may walk because the prosecution lost his comupter that had all of his kiddie porn. This makes my blood boil. Your thoughts?

I honestly believe if someone were to kill him, they would get off. It would be on the prosecuters' heads.

How in the heck do they lose a computer? Yes, this ticks me off too. Sounds like a lot of incompetence in the prosecutors office.

The charge was just a misdemeanor and if he had not been obsessed with Jon Benet we would not even be talking about him. Judge Cerena Wong is set to consider Wednesday whether the five misdemeanour charges Karr faces should be thrown out. She criticized prosecutor Joann Risse for not telling her that the computer was lost even though she has known about it since Aug. 30.
