Dry cleaning will get all grease, gas and oil stains and smell out of cloths, My husband works on an oil rig and nothing smells worse than the drilling mud and other things they use on there. He comes home after being out 2 weeks and they are BAD. I first wash his cloths in Dawn dish soap and then hang them outside in the sun for a week, then wash again (no smell).
I`m sure you don`t have a week tho, so I would soak them in some kind of big container out side with Dawn dish soap and then hang them in the sun for as long as you can, then bring them in and wash them.
I hope all this helps you, If Dawn will remove big oil spills then it will get out small ones on cloths

Try 'Mean Green', just add it with your regular laundry soap. I use Tide with Febreze & a little of the MG
