No, I would try to make them feel comfortable and listened to, and not rushed.

Yes, it's hard not to but don't make the mistake of finishing what they are trying to say. Be patient and let them take their time to get it all out. When I was a kid, it was hard not to laugh. When I was a young adult, I usually finished what they were trying to say, out of frustration. Now, as a middle-aged person, I realized that it can be hurtful and even more frustrating for them when one tries to cut them short. I developed a slight stammer in adulthood but I have it under control now.

I had a close friend that stammered badly. The more nervous or upset he got the worse the studder. Anyway, there were times when I wished he would just spit out the w-w-word and other times I would say it for him but I was always interested in what he had to say...not the studder.

No, I would be looking at their knockers (stammering slappers only). Other than that I would yawn and walk away! ...Its best to ask a stammering slapper for sex, coz it takes so long for them to say 'stop'..by which time you've gone and got your belly all sticky!

It's hard not to notice, but I've always thought it was cute, cause it usually means that someone's really nervous or really excited to be sharing something with you.

No. I actually know someone like that and all of my concentration goes on trying to figure out what they're saying.
